The flood of 2010 in Cottonwood, Arizona didn’t meet the predictions that was forecast. The NWS predicted the river to crest at 25 feet. Still, the river did rise 10 feet. This video was shot near Cottonwood, AZ by the Verde River. http://openskymedia.com
